I work broadly on philosophical issues about consciousness.

My core research project, The Structure of Experience, examines what kinds of structure conscious experiences have and how we can discover and model that structure. Alongside that, I also have research projects on the value and the epistemology of consciousness.

My research cuts across the philosophy of mind, value theory, epistemology, metaphysics, philosophy of science, and cognitive science.
